How long will your SZT conversion request have result?

We strive to provide prompt and efficient service for all SZT conversion requests:

• We will need 24 hours to review your SZT conversion request.
• Our working hours are from Monday to Friday; 11 AM - 7 PM JST.
• We will be off during the weekend and international holidays. Therefore, for request which is made in our off-time, it will be reviewed in the next working day.
