Notice of launching SUZUVERSE Community

We’re delighted to inform you about our Community for SUZEVERSE users has just been launched!

This is where SUZUVERSE users can communicate, provide support for each other and share feedback. We have created various topics for you to check and add your own posts to share your questions and thoughts. 

We will check posts every week and the best answer which gives all correct information to answer the question in a post and is posted earliest will be rewarded with a token (2SZT). Reviewers will also get a token reward (1 SZT). At the end of month, the user with the most correct answers and the most reviews will receive a token reward (1 SZT).

Reward schemes can be changed anytime according to the next plan of the company.

There are some cases where users cannot get SZT.

For example:

• Posts which do not relate to the application
• Answers/ Reviews for the post with status Answered in the post
• Answers/ Reviews comment which are edited 
• Answers/Reviews which are copied from other users

The conditions and time to receive the SZT are:

• Only users who have the corresponding SUZUVERSE account can receive reward
• With each post, users could answer/review many times but only reward for the most correct answer/review (each post has only 1 comment and 1 review to be awarded with SZT)
• If there are many correct answers and reviews in one post, the earliest one will be chosen for reward
• The Community token reward program will be implemented and applied from next Monday, November 28, 2022
• All must be evaluated by SUZUVERSE Support team
• After confirmation, SUZUVERSE will add the SZT to user within 24 hours, but only during business hours
