Notice Regarding Adjustment of SOTd Distribution Amount to Digital Asset Purchasers

Dear customer,

We would like to report that there was an error in the amount of SOTd distributed in the past.

Mistake

It is determined by the date of payment.

The calculation is based on the amount of deposit.

For example, in the case of a deposit of 5.5 million yen on November 30, although the purchase of a dog was made on December 1, SOTd was distributed in the quantity obtained by dividing 5 million yen by 140 yen (the equivalent of 140 yen to the dollar).

Judged by the date of purchase.

Judging by the dollar amount

For example

Deposit 5.5 million yen on November 30

Purchases 2, Level4 on November 30

Purchases 3, Level4 animals on December 1

SOTd1 will be 8,400USD * 2 = 16,400SOTd1

SOTd2 distribution after 3 months will be 8,400USD * 3 = 25,200SOTd2

If the dog is sold before the exchange deadline, the SOTd will be lost. The buyer cannot take over the SOTd. The purchaser will be considered to have purchased the dog at that time, and the distribution of SOTd will depend on the situation at that time.

The adjustment in question will take place between February 6 and February 7
