Notice of SZT Buyback Feature and Marketplace Release Date Change

We are writing to inform you that the barge function, which has been repeatedly announced and changed, will be further postponed.

We will be providing the following features from December 30, 2022 to January 6, 2023.

1. an NFT marketplace for general users
2. in-app functionality to exchange SZT for ETH (OTC)
3. start providing a wallet function (Wallet)

The reason for the postponement is to comply with Japanese law.

The above functions were ready for release at any time.

However, all of the above functions have a great deal to do with wallets, and since ETH is handled in wallets, we had checked with a law firm to see if there was any infringement of the Funds Settlement Law. As a result of the confirmation, it was found that a part of the functionality violates the Funds Settlement Law, and we are currently working on modifying this part of the functionality.

Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we will postpone the launch of this function again.

In addition, we would like to inform you that we are planning to shut down our servers in conjunction with the launch of this function, so that our customers can prepare themselves before the shutdown.
