Here are the steps that you can do to withdraw crypto money (actually, transfer money to other wallet):
1. Access AMS, choose Wallet section -> Crypto -> Withdraw:
2. Select the coin that you want to withdraw (ETH).
- Copy your recipient’s address which is the wallet address outside the Suzuverse system (not your address from our system) and paste to the Address box. Please make sure that you enter the correct address.

=> Enter the amount that you want to withdraw and click the Withdraw button.
4. On the pop-up screen, please review all of the transaction information carefully.

In the Confirm password box, enter your password.

In the Enter verification code box, click Send code to receive the verification code in your registered email, then enter the code in the box.

Click Withdraw to confirm your withdrawal request.
Note: If you do not complete the confirmation information (enter the password and verification code) within 10 minutes, the withdraw request will be expired. To continue process, you have to create a new withdraw request.
5. Wait for our verification process to be completed. Sometimes, it may take a while if you withdraw a large amount. After the verification, you will receive your crypto money in your inputted address along with a notification email sent to your email address.
