If you make a purchase with Bank transfer and transfer more (Overpaid Purchase) than the amount for the purchased item or you transfer after the order expire, you can request a refund on SUZUWALK Marketplace.
* Please note that you will need to follow the below requirements to request a refund:
- Your balance is more than 0
- There are no pending transactions in your Purchase record
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Marketplace -> choose Purchase record
2. If you meet all the above 2 conditions, the Refund button will be shown as below:
3. Tap Refund button and fill in all needed information
4. After submitting the refund request, our support team will review your request and the provided information, and process refund if you meet all the conditions for refunding.
Note: Refund requests are typically processed within a few business days (typically within 24h). However, the processing time may vary depending on the volume of requests and weekends and holidays.
