Note:
- Please note that your subscription will be automatically renewed each month (after 30 days). There is no need for manual renewal. The automatic payment will end when you cancel the subscription.
- Please note that each customer can only use one payment card, with charges automatically transferred to the most recently entered card used to buy subscription. Rest assured, we do not store credit card information or compromise card privacy.
1. Access SUZUVERSE Mall -> Catalog:
2. Choose "Subscription" in the Menu or search it in our Search bar:
3. Following the filtering, you will see two sorts of subscriptions, as seen below. Choose the package that you would like to purchase.
4. We have 2 packages: $33 and $99. Click "Subscription":
5. Fill in your information -> Click "Continue to pay":
6. Fill in your card information -> click "Pay now"
7. Your order is completed. To check your order, click on "Manage your subscriptions":
8. You will see your order details here:
9. You can also check your Subscription in your AMS page. Access AMS -> choose Assets section -> Subscription.
*Please note that this page only show the type of the subscription you have, not the quantity of each type. If you have many subscriptions, click on "View on Mall" to check.
