What is Suzu Plus?
Suzu Plus is a special subscription package designed for your dogs in Suzuverse. When you purchase Suzu Plus, it automatically allocates to one of your dogs on the next day. With Suzu Plus, your dog earns more rewards for every step taken, whether in the virtual world or on real adventures. It's a simple way to boost your dog's earning potential without any hassle.
How much will I earn if I have Suzu Plus subscription?
The dog value and the monthly value of subscription (Accumulate purchased months) is accumulated into a Principal which is used to calculate monthly rewards. The subscription price will be 10% of your Avatar price.
Monthly walking reward=4%*Principal
Example:
You just bought a Level 1 dog (280 SGT) => the Suzu Plus subscription for this dog is 28 SGT. Your reward will be based on the Avatar and the subscription since the 1st month. This will be the reward you receive if you walk 1km each day for the 1st month:
Monthly reward = (280 + 10%*280)*4% = 12,32 SGT
For the 2nd month, your reward will be calculated like this:
Monthly reward = (280 + 10%*280*2)*4% = 13.44 SGT

Rule: How are Suzu Plus subscriptions allocated to existing dogs?
The allocation of Suzu Plus subscriptions to existing dogs follows a set of prioritized rules:
- Prioritize Most Recent Walking Dog: If you have multiple dogs at the same level, the subscription will be automatically added to the most active dog.
- Random Allocation if No Active Dogs: If there are no active dogs, the subscription will be allocated randomly among your existing dogs.
- Allocate from Most Active Dogs: If there are multiple actively walking dogs, allocation will be based on the highest performing dog, preventing overloading of benefits on a single pet.
Note: Suzu Plus subscriptions are not added exclusively to one dog. The allocation will be processed within 24 hours after you bought the Suzu Plus subscription.
Note:
- User mistake: If you buy wrong Suzu Plus Level for your Avatar, you will have to either cancel the subscription or buy a new avatar which is equal to the subscription.
- This subscription will be charged immediately in the 1st month, not like the Suzu Plus and Avatar package. You will be receive the benefit immediately in the 1st month.
- Auto-Charge for Subscriptions: Your account will be automatically charged to renew this subscription at the 1st day of each month. For example, regardless of your purchase date in April, your Suzu Plus renewal will occur on May 1st.
- Cancellation Benefits: Upon canceling the subscription, you can retain the value of the dog plus the subscription from the previous month. For example, if you canceled the Suzu Plus sub after 3 month of keeping along with your Level 1 dog, you will still receive monthly reward = (280 + 28*3)*4% = 364*4%= 14,56 USD. You can continue to earn 14,56 USD/month for walking after the cancellation.
- SOTd distribution: Owner of Suzu Plus subscription still receive SOTd equals to the subscription USD value. For example, if you buy subscription worth 28 USD in January 2024, you will receive SOTd_2024_01 worth 28 USD. For Feb, you will renew the subscription with 28 USD again and will receive SOTd_2024_02 worth 28 USD again.
- Unlimited sub quantity: There is no limit to the number of SUZU Plus Levels that can be purchased.
- Payment Method: Please note that each customer can only use one payment card, with charges automatically transferred to the most recently entered card used to buy subscription. For instance, if you initially bought a subscription with one card and later bought another with a different card, future automatic subscription charges will be billed to the second card. Also, Rest assured, we do not store credit card information or compromise card privacy.
- If a user’s dog is already connected to Suzu Plus, they are unable to list it on the marketplace. The Suzu Plus will have to be canceled first. When listing on the marketplace, the dog with suzu plus will retain its current principal, which includes its price + suzu plus pricing prior to cancellation.
What Suzu Plus does my Avatar go with?
Please note that each avatar will go with Suzu plus of the same level. You must buy the exact Suzu plus with your Avatar, otherwise, your Suzu plus will be invalid. Please check the following collections to know which Suzu plus you should buy for your Avatar:

How to buy Suzu Plus?
1. Access Suzuverse Mall:
2. Navigate to Subscription tap
3. Choose the Suzu Plus for the level of avatar accordingly. Note that we only sell the Suzu Plus for only level 1, level 2, level 3, and level 4 avatar.
4. Click "Subscription" and choose the avatar you want to attach
5. Fill in your card and make a payment
6. You can check your Subscription in your AMS page. Access AMS -> choose Assets section -> Subscription.
Please note that this page only show the type of the subscription you have, not the quantity of each type. If you have many subscriptions, click on "View on Mall" to check.
Click on View on Mall to check the subscription ID
7. Within 24 hours of successful payment, you'll be able to view the avatar with the Suzu Plus subscription in AMS by accessing AMS -> choose "Asset" -> then navigate to the "Earner" tab
