If you transferred the money after your order expired, you might not receive the item. However, if you are sure that you made the transfer successfully, we may receive your money and you can make the order again to claim the item. However, our prices varies time to time because it is fixed in USD, please note that:
- If the original amount is not change, you don't have to transfer any money when make the order again.
- If the price become higher, you need to transfer more to complete the order.
- If the price become decreases, the order will go through immediately and you can make a refund request to get the difference back to your bank account. To make a refund request, you can follow instruction here:
1. Access Suzuverse Mall and log in to your account -> click on your profile icon:
2. Scroll down and you will see your history purchases. If you have any overpaid order, a Refund button will appear for you -> click on that Refund button:
3. Fill in all information and click Recover to send us the refund request.
