We have implemented an AI assistant - Sella for quickly assisting with customer inquiries. Sella can assist you with basic questions relating SUZUVERSE and she can guide you through our huge FAQ database so you can get the information you need in seconds.
Note:
- In order to get the most correct answer, your question needs to be specific and clear.
- In case Sella can't support you with your question, she will transfer the message to our Support team. After that, Sella will no longer respond to your inquiries until the ticket is answered by our agents. You can still send messages and Sella will update your messages to the existing ticket that our agents are checking.
- If you want to report bug, please choose to send log file as usual.
