- Monitor your team's performance and follow up to reach your own goal.
HubSpot Overview:
There will be 3 main sections that you may need to pay attention the most:
CONTACTS: This is where you can check all referrers that you have.
You will see some fixed fields showing up such as:
- Name
- Contact owner: The introducer of this referrer. It will show you if you filter Contact owner as yourself (this is how you filter out your own list).
- Create date: The date when this referrer created their account.
- Contact - Abandoned carts: Pending orders of this referrer (If any)
- Register country: Nationality of this referrer
- First deal created date: The date when this referrer made their 1st order
- Introduce type: There are 3 types of referrers at the moment: Official Affiliate, Official Partner and Official Senior Affiliate. We will categorize referrers based on their performance and records. There may be some referrers uncategorized.
- Order counts: How many orders this referrer has
DEALS: This is where you can check all purchases of your referrers.
You will see some fixed fields showing up such as:
- Deal name
- Deal contact (email)
- Contact owner: The introducer of this referrer. It will show you if you filter Contact owner as yourself (this is how you filter out your own list).
- Amount: How much money this referrer has spent.
- Total amount: Total amount of money this referrer has spent.
- AMS Order ID: Their order ID
- Level: Level of the Avatar they bought (if any)
- Country of register: Their nationality
- Payment gateway: Payment method (Bank transfer, credit card, ect...)
- Order date: Date of creating the order
- Paid date: Date of paying for the order
- Order status: Status of the order (Fail, pending, cancel or success)
- Email: Email of the referrer
REPORTING: This is where you can check all your and your team's performance.

1. General dashboard: To Help you check the whole team's performance:
From this dashboard, you can track:
- The total affiliate members in the system
- New customers referred by official members
- Purchases made by referrers
- Direct revenue
- Target report of 3 groups: Official Affiliate, Official Partner and Official Senior Affiliate.
2. Personal dashboard: To Help you check the your own performance:
You will see:
- The total referrers that you owned
- Your target and remaining Target
- How many of your new referrers have made a payment and your revenues
- Your new registered referrers
