Situation: You are currently assisting a new customer who has not yet registered as an affiliate/sales account in Suzuverse. The objective is to convert this customer into an affiliate/sale. Therefore, you will need to add this new customer to your Hubspot to follow up and convert sales.
To add this new customer who is not in the Suzuverse system to your HubSpot contacts, follow these steps outlined in the general guide below:
1. Login to HubSpot:
Go to the HubSpot login page (https://app.hubspot.com/login) and enter your credentials to log in.
2. Navigate to Contacts:
Once logged in, navigate to the "Contacts" section. You can usually find this in the main navigation menu.
3. Add a New Contact:
Click on the "Contacts" tab and then select "Contacts" again from the dropdown menu.
Look for the "Create contact" button.
4. Enter Affiliate Information:
Fill out the necessary information for the new affiliate. This typically includes their name, email address, introduce name, participating seminar, Era, From where they know about Suzuverse, ect.
6. Save the Contact:
After entering the information, save the new contact by clicking "Create" button. If you want to create another new affiliate, please click "Create and add another" button.
The new affiliate contact is added to your HubSpot database.
(If you do not want to add the new affiliate, please click "Cancel" button.)
Alternatively, if you have multiple contacts to add, you can select "Import" button in the Contacts section and follow the prompts to upload a CSV file containing your contact information.
7. Edit the Contact:
If you want to change or provide any information of that newly created account, simply access that account's information (Click on its email account). To check an account's information and activities, search their name/email in the search bar:
You can fill in their address, company, or any other note that you want to update. To edit, just click on the edit icon:
8. Create note for a certain contact:
Click on the Note button -> a pop-up will appear and you can create note for that certain referrers. You can even create To-do list if you want:
9. Convert newly created customers into referrals
To convert newly created customers into referrals, you need to keep track of them until they make profit by making orders or introduce other people to the system successfully. You can check their information on a regular basis and assist them making progress.
