Welcome to the Suzuverse Token Sale website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

 

1. Eligibility

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from participating in the token sale due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Wallet Connection and Security:

  • To purchase SGT tokens, you must connect your Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to our website. Suzuverse Web3 wallet is currently unavailable for this service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your wallet, including managing your private keys and seed phrases. Suzuverse is not responsible for any security breaches, hacking incidents, or loss of funds related to users' wallets. 

3. Token Purchase

  • You may purchase SGT tokens using USDT on Polygon Network. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted at the moment.
  • Once your wallet is connected, you can proceed with purchasing the desired amount of SGT tokens.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All purchases of SGT tokens are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and confirmed on the blockchain, no refunds or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Ensure that you carefully review your purchase details, including the amount of SGT tokens and the corresponding amount of USDT, before confirming your transaction.

5. Token Purchase and Holding Period

  • Upon purchasing SGT tokens, the tokens will be held by us for a minimum period of 6 months. During this holding period, customers can earn SOTβ rewards based on the following conditions:
  • 6 Months Holding: Receive 50% of the SOTβ reward.
  • 1 Year Holding: Receive 100% of the SOTβ reward.
  • 2 Years Holding: Receive 200% of the SOTβ reward.

After finishing the selected holding period, the SGT amount will be delivered to the connected wallet.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or errors that may occur during the transfer of tokens, as these processes are dependent on the blockchain network.

6. Risks

  • Purchasing tokens involves significant risks, including but not limited to, the potential loss of value, regulatory uncertainties, and technical vulnerabilities. By participating in this token sale, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept these risks.

7. Compliance

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in your jurisdiction related to the purchase and use of digital tokens.
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to the token sale website for users in certain jurisdictions or to take action against users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Suzuverse shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the token sale website or the purchase of SGT tokens.
  • We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, or security of this website or the SGT tokens.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  • Continued use of the website following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and policies.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

By proceeding to use the Suzuverse Token Sale website and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or proceed with any transactions.
