Step 1: Select e-Wallet service in menu of Suzuverse app.
Step 2: Please accept the agreement and clicks continue.
Step 3: You need to fulfill the basic information to create MatchMove (MM) user. MM will check the client duplication:
If duplicated, then you need to re-entry the correct information.
If not duplicated, then MM create an user and wallet with pre-KYC limit, move to step 4.
Step 4: You fulfill the applicant form.
=> After these steps, your SUZUVERSE E-Wallet is created and there is an email to being sent.
If you haven’t done so already, verify your identity to unlock your full annual spending limit of up.
To could use the full amount, please follow these below.
Step 5: You upload the required documents.
If the document is supported and qualified, then go to step 6.
If the document is unsupported or unqualified, then do step 5 again.
Step 6: You takes the selfie.
If the selfie is qualified, then go to step 7.
If the selfie is unqualified, then do step 6 again.
Step 7: System will verify eKYC data.
If the result is clear, then MM will upgrade the wallet to post-KYC limit. Go to step 8.
If the result is not clear, then go back to step 4, you need to review the input data, upload the documents and take the selfie again.
Step 8: You have to configure the e-Wallet password that will be used as authentication method for all e-Wallet transactions or inquiry the sensitive information.
Step 9: System auto generates the translation form. Then our team can review and submit the translation document into MM Shared Folder to complete the register account.
