Cancellation Policy for Suzuverse Subscription

We offer two subscription plans, the Unlimited Subscription and the Premium Subscription, both of which provide exclusive benefits and access to premium content. 

Automatic Renewal: Please be aware that our subscription plans are designed for your convenience. They are set to automatically renew each month after 30 days as your last purchase. This means there's no need for manual renewal, ensuring uninterrupted access to the benefits of your chosen subscription. 

Additionally, it is important to note that subscriptions are non-refundable, and cancellation is the sole option available.

At Suzuverse, we value transparency and ensure that our users have a clear understanding of our subscription cancellation policy. Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not get a refund for it. 

Here's how our cancellation process works:

Cancellation Period: If you decide to cancel your subscription, it's essential to understand the timeline for cancellation. The cancellation process takes effect in the next month of the billing period.

Example: Suppose you purchase a subscription on June 15th, and your current subscription cycle spans 30 days, concluding on July 15th.

• Cancellation Before July 15th: If you decide to cancel your subscription before July 15th, the effective cancellation will commence on July 16th. In this scenario, you will not incur any further charges, and your access to subscription benefits will canceled after July 15th.
• Cancellation After July 15th: If you opt to cancel your subscription after July 15th, the effective cancellation will be scheduled for the following month, starting on the 15th of August. Until then, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your subscription.
